19-year-old Elsa Iradukunda has emerged the 2017 winner of the Miss Rwanda beauty pageant competition.
The New Rwandan beauty queen was crowned on Saturday, February 25, 2017.
Iradukunda, the new Miss Rwanda who emerged among 15 other contestants is a senior-six graduate from King David High School and represented the Northern Province in the preliminaries of the competition.
The finals of the competition held at the Kigali Conference and Exhibition Village.
Following her crowing as the Queen, Guelda Shimwa was named as the first runner-up.
The latest Rwandan beauty queen was crowned by Jolly Mutesiat.
