PHOTOS: Ex-Deputy Senate President Mantu Laid To Rest According To COVID Protocol

Ibrahim Mantu, former deputy president of the senate, has been laid to rest in Abuja.

Mantu, who died in the early hours of Tuesday, was buried at the Gudu Cemetery in accordance with COVID-19 protocol.

Mourners at the funeral wore facemasks and burial attendants had on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

He is said to have been sick for days and died in isolation at a private hospital in the federal capital territory (FCT).
