PHOTOS: Nigerian Navy discovers, deactivates 3 illegal refining sites in Bayelsa

The Nigerian Navy has said that troops of Operation Delta Sanity have discovered and deactivated three illegal refining sites in Agrisaba and Town Hall, Nembe, Bayelsa State.

The Navy shared photos of the affected sites on its Facebook page.

The post read, “Operation DELTA SANITY: Forward Operating Base FORMOSO discovered and deactivated 3 Illegal refining sites laden with 55,000 litres of stolen crude oil and 15,000 litres of illegally refined AGO in Agrisaba and Town Hall, Nembe, Bayelsa State on Friday 15 March 2024.”
