A South African woman has gone public to expose a man of God who allegedly tried to have sex with her.
Yvonne Smith had said she visited the pastor, asking him to help her spiritually because she was sick and wanted healing so as to move on with her life.
The 36-year-old woman claimed she was coined out of her money after he had forced her into satisfying his sexual pleasures.
The lady, who is from Orlando East, Soweto, claimed that the sexual acts continued for some months, till she got tired and decided to speak out.
Yvonne said she approached his church council and laid her complaints before them, which led to the dismissal of the pastor from the church.
In her words, “I suffered a stroke last August. I was in and out of the hospital but was not getting better. I was invited to a church where the pastor concentrated on me and prayed.”
“After I got better, he started making sexual and financial demands. I could not go back to the pain I had suffered for years, so I decided to yield to his request.”
Yvonne also claimed he had squeezed out a lot of money from her and also bought some equipments for his church with her funds.
However, the man of God involved in the scandal, has spoken out. He likened Yvonne to a confusionist who harasses him all the time.
He lamented about his ban from the church and claimed not to owe her anything because all her actions were taken without pressure.
