Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh took to social media to celebrate herself for being a great father to her son, King Andre, as she always does since her separation from her ex-husband. In a heartfelt note addressed to her son, Dikeh praised him for being a good son and also a father figure in their unique relationship.
Dikeh acknowledged that Father’s Day is a global celebration of fathers, but for them, it was a celebration of their partnership and the roles they have played as fathers to each other. She expressed gratitude for the unwavering support her son has provided throughout their journey, both during good times and bad times. Dikeh emphasized that King Andre has proven himself to be a diligent learner, showcasing excellent results in school. She vowed to continue instilling the values of hard work, dedication, and perseverance in him.
While Dikeh proudly assumes the role of a father to King Andre, she acknowledges that he has also provided her with a fatherly shoulder to lean on. This is why she affectionately refers to him as “PAPA.” Dikeh expressed her gratitude for the collaboration between them and God Almighty, recognizing the incredible bond they share. She stated that if given the chance, she would choose King Andre a million times over, highlighting the joy he brings to her life.
