The fallout of the Chatham House address by All Progressives Congress Presidential Candidate, Muhammadu Buhari continues to linger even as the Herald has obtained video of the APC candidate being escorted by Metropolitan police in order to avoid angry protesters with projectiles ready.
A source who was present at the venue disclosed that the protesters were ready to give Buhari a taste of the medicine his supporters had meted out to President Goodluck Jonathan who was stoned by Buhari supporters during campaign stops in the troubled Northern region of Nigeria, earlier this month.
In the video, the screams of agitated Nigerians in the diaspora kicking against a Buhari presidency can be heard whilst Metropolitan police scramble to get the APC chieftains to safety.
Buhari is seen entering a police van for safety, as Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi scampers after him.
