Presidential aspirant under the platform of Young Progressive Party (YPP), Prof. Kingsley Moghalu, has made a passionate appeal for Nigerians to get their Permanent Voter Cards (PVC) in order to vote during the 2019 general election.
He made the appeal in a Monday appearance on Wazobia Max TV.
The former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) urged Nigerians not to be misled to believe that their votes do not count, saying it was a tactic used by unscrupulous politicians to rig elections.
