Voices of Youth (VOY) has announced the commencement of registration for its Blogging Internship programme targeted at aspiring bloggers interested in learning how to blog professionally.

VOY was founded in 1995 as UNICEF’s online place for young people to learn more about issues affecting their world.

The VOY internship programme which is targeted at young people within the 14-24 age bracket is an intensive training opportunity for the interns to develop writing, research and critical thinking skills. The interns also get an opportunity to engage young people around the world in global dialogue.

The interns are supervised by VOY Community Managers, who will provide tips nd tricks on how to write good blog posts.

The internship is by remote participation, which means that interns are not required to travel anywhere. Only an internet-enabled computer or mobile device is needed.

At the successful completion of the internship, the intern receives a certificate of merit by UNICEF.

The deadline for submission of applications is October 30, 2015 and the internship is a 3-month programme starting in December 2015.

As there are only 30-40 spots, the best time to apply is now.
