Tonto Dikeh’s ex-husband, Oladunni Churchill has reacted to his ex-wife’s accusation of being a “deadbeat father”.

The duo, who share a son, frequently bicker on social media since their 2017 divorce.

Churchill triggered the latest spate with a post on their son’s birthday.

“Happy Birthday my son, my prince, my flesh and blood- OMODAYO KING OLADUNNI Churchill.

“You are one of life’s most precious gift to me and I love you dearly.

“Just going down memory lane in thought of your birth gives me joy. You’re such a blessing to me and I’m forever grateful to the Almighty God for your life.

“Today, I pray immensely that you grow to be the person God Has predestined you to be and nothing in this world ever change your destiny.

“My not so little man! I want you to know that I miss you greatly and long to see you soon.

“You’re a shining star and your light can never be dimmed,” he said on Instagram.

Tonto Dikeh was however not impressed with the post and called out her ex-husband.

She said Churchil had no right to call Omodayo his son, alleging that he has not been performing his fatherly duties.

“YOU ARE NOT A FATHER, YOU ARE THE WORLD NO. 1 D**DBEAT. YOU ARE BUT A MERE DONOR.

“Where is your daughter BIMBO that you have lied to the whole world you don’t have, and why don’t you take care of her too nor celebrate her??? if she was born by a CELEBRITY, would she have made your CLOUT PRETENTIOUS BIRTHDAY POST??.

“I have always been capable of taking care of what’s mine, My son will never need A DIME from you, not even your Name,” Tonto Dikeh wrote.

But in a reaction on Instastory, Churchill accused his ex-wife of rebuffing several attempts by him to see his son.

Dismissing the deadbeat father allegation, the businessman said, “I have a trust fund account set up for my son.”

“You claim I am a deadbeat dad but I have a trust fund set up for my child and have tried severally to send stuff to him, but you swore to always burn anything that comes from me.

“Stop trying to bring me down or downplay my efforts. I’m a man, I always have been and I always will be… I do not run away from my responsibilities but if you are trying to mess with my mental health, I’lld rather not have anything to do with you until I can see my child.

“You are not the only one to give birth to a son in Nigeria or have a failed marriage. People move on, especially when they have something good going on for them. You are very much aware that I’m a father to thousand of kids and university students out there. Records don’t lie.”
