The ongoing fight between the youths of Shibiri and Etegbin communities in Ojo area of Lagos which has been on for some days has reportedly claimed three lives.
The fight according to reports started due to levies collection from tipper drivers engaging in the business of transporting dreged sands from the waterside.
According to news agency, Vanguard, the Etegbin youths were said to have confronted the Shibiri youths over collection of the levies from the truck drivers, the confrontation thereafter degenerated into the war between youths of both communities.
Vanguard also reported that the street in Etegbin road was littered with pebbles, broken bottles and shattered glasses from wind screen.
According to the news source, the injured persons have been taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
