Popping a bottle of champagne during a celebration is usually seen as a mark of affluence and that was the image an Ibiza Nightclub goer tried to portray.
The club goer attempted to pop a bottle of Magnum which in some places retails for as high as $42,000 and while he was at it, he suffered a case of butter fingers and lost his grip on the bottle, smashing it and spilling the contents all over the floor.
The video has gone viral on social media with many poking fun at the man whom they reckoned was being smug and who was accused of being a bit of a show off.
There have been disputes on the price of the bottle which is a 6 liter one. Some subreddits believe that the bottle doesn’t retail over $3000 and that the $42000 figure is highly unlikely.
