50 cent: ‘Floyd Mayweather won’t kick my ass’

Don’t expect 50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather Jr. to headline a pay per view bout anytime soon.

The rapper recently visited the popular radio station Power 106 and threw  a few blows at the boxing champion, saying “Don’t get it twisted at all, He is still the best fighter…He won’t kick my ass. I’m 220 right now”, he said.

Last week the G-Unit frontman took a jab at Floyd’s illiteracy on Instagram, challenging him to “read a full page out of a Harry Potter book out loud without starting and stopping or fucking up.” Fifty offered to pay $750,000 to the charity of Floyd’s choice if he was able to complete the challenge.

Mayweather is yet to respond, even after the rapper made yet another video.

Floyd’s father, on the other hand, has broken his silence. In an interview on Fox Sports the elder Mayweather revealed the reason he believes 50cent keeps cracking jokes about his son.

“50 Cent seems like he’s got problem since Floyd left him. He’s a world known singer and he’s acting like a kid”, he said.

He went on to say that 50 won’t be laughing anymore if he and Floyd actually got into the ring.

“he weighs over 100 pounds more than Floyd. Let him go up against Floyd…put that on video. Floyd would stop all that. Wouldn’t be no more said.”
