ASUP Strike: Four Kwara Poly students arrested for robbery

Kwara Police Command has apprehended four students of Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara for their alleged role in an armed robbery attack.

Three of the students identified as Olawuyi Babatunde, Osadahin Matthew, Bamikole Emmanuel and another colleague robbed one of their neighbours, Adeolu Emmanuel.

Kwara Police Commissioner, Ambrose Aisabor, said, “During interrogation, the suspects confessed to being members of a cult group – Eiye Confraternity. The suspects will be arraigned in court soon.”

He disclosed that two AK-47 rifles were left near the university campus as his men engaged hoodlums.
