A Brooksville man is facing domestic battery charges after police say he smeared feces on his girlfriend during a fight.
Jacob E. Kuhn, 32, of 626 S. Broad Street, #23, in Brooksville, was arrested August 31 around 7:30 p.m.
Police say they responded to a battery call at Kuhn’s apartment.
Kuhn’s live in girlfriend reportedly told police she and Kuhn were drinking and got into an argument.
The argument, according to the girlfriend, became physical and that is when Kuhn allegedly smeared feces on her back.
Officers say Kuhn initially fled the scene but later returned and was arrested.
He is now facing domestic battery charges.
He is being held without bond at the Hernando County Jail.
