Nasboi, a well-known skit maker and singer, has revealed that he has been receiving death threats after criticizing Wizkid for shading Don Jazzy during a recent social media outburst.
In an interview with Cool FM, Nasboi shared that he has been receiving threatening messages, including one that wished him dead like his brother, after appearing on the Bahd And Boujee Podcast and expressing his opinion on the matter.
Nasboi expressed his frustration, stating, “It’s like once you’re a celebrity, you don’t have an opinion. But a normal guy on the street can have an opinion. They can decide to say they love Wizkid over Davido, and that’s okay. But me, a celebrity, shouldn’t have the same privilege?”
He continued, “I was asked a direct question on the podcast: Do I think Wizkid offended Don Jazzy with his statement? I said yes, because calling someone an influencer in that context wasn’t okay. I would feel bad if someone said that to me. And now, someone is in my DM saying I will die like my brother.”
