President Muhammadu Buhari has returned to Abuja after a four-day medical trip to London.
Buhari, who left Nigeria on May 8, said he was embarking on the trip at his doctor’s request.
The UK chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) had earlier in the day tweeted a short video of the president departing London’s Stansted Airport at 12:33hrs today.
Information from the official Twitter handle of the presidency confirmed that Buhari landed in Abuja this evening.
The curt tweet read, “President @MBuhari is back in Abuja. He arrived this evening from London.”
