The men of the Nigerian Police have arrested three more suspects connected to the last week’s abduction of the CBN Governor’s wife, Margaret Emefiele.
The fresh arrests made by the men of the Nigerian Police brings the total count of arrested suspects to nine.
Recall that the kidnap took place along the Benin-Agbor Road.
According to report, the detectives of the Inspector-General of Police Special Monitoring and Intelligence Team led by CSP Abba Kyari are in pursuit of three other members of the 12-man group.
A police source told Punch, “We now have nine of the gang members in custody. We are confident that we would get the remaining three suspects in a short while.”
