A former aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has stated that like Babangida and Abacha before him, corruption has become state policy under President Muhammadu Buhari.
Omokri who spoke on a live TV Programme on Channels Television admitted that the Goodluck Jonathan administration also made costly mistakes.

He however reiterated that things have become much worse under the Buhari administration.
“When you compare this administration with former President Jonathan’s government or Yaradua’s government, yes, there was some corruption there; it’s a human government.
“But the difference between that government and this government is that under Jonathan, there was corruption, in this administration, corruption is official,” Omokri said.
