What does Nigerian international pop star, D’banj wants for his birthday? Well, Guess its to “shut down the street of lagos”, this he intends to do on the 23rd June, as our superstar entertainer shuts Lagos down with another five-star concert, featuring live appearances from some of the finest stars from the continent and beyond.
Multi Award Winner and winning hit-maker Dbanj says he’s throwing a big, spectacular gig at Eko Hotel in Lagos, to launch his new album DKM, and celebrate his recent achievements with friends and fans in Nigeria. This concert will coincide with D’banj’s 33rd birthday and fans are expected to catch electrifying performances the likes of ” Fally Ipupa, 2face Idibia, 2Chainnz, Olamide and many more”.
This concert is expected to feature other DB Records acts such as “KaySwitch, JSol and JSleek. 2Chainz said ‘It’ll be my first time in Nigeria and I can’t wait,” in a video drop released by D’Banj. “My birthday is in September but I’ll act like it’s my birthday,” he adds jokingly. The rapper is mostly known worldwide for his mega hit, Birthday Song. According to D’banj, the June 23 concert will be the first in a series of DKM concerts that will be staged in collaboration with Ndani TV in Lagos.
