1 Min Read

Under fire Speaker of the house of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara may find himself in quite the quandary as indications suggest that the federal government may remove his security detail as investigations into allegations of budget padding continue.

According to the Vanguard, the rationale behind this is to ensure that there was no obstruction of any kind during the course of investigation.

Dogara had been fingered in the budget padding scandal by Ex-chairman of the House Committee on Appropriation, Abdulmumin Jibrin.

Jibrin has been dropping allegation after allegation and has repeatedly threatened to release documents that would show proof of his allegation, some of these documents have already been released.
