Contrary to reports making rounds that the First Lady has started packing her loads from the Aso Rock Villa following the defeat suffered by her husband, President Goodluck Jonathan, Mrs Patience Jonathan has refuted such reports.
According to her spokesman, Mr Ayo Adewuyi, the First Lady was in the country and had not packed her belongings.
“She (Patience) is at home. Just leave us out of any controversy. She did not travel to anywhere. She is very much around in her residence,” Adewuyi said.
On why Mrs. Jonathan had not gone to office since her husband lost the Saturday’s presidential poll, Adewuyi simply said: “You should know that she does not have to be in the office every time”.
