Bayo Onanuga, a media aide to President-elect Bola Tinubu, has prayed to God to help the incoming administration engender renewed hope in the citizenry.
He expressed belief that Tinubu’s government would be so phenomenally successful that Nigerians who travelled abroad for green pastures would return.
Onanuga said this in a Facebook post on Wednesday on the occasion of Tinubu’s 71st birthday.
Tinubu was declared the winner of the February 25 presidential election on March 1.
He is scheduled to be sworn into office on May 29.
“Happy Birthday to Nigeria’s President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
“I beseech God to make your leadership engender renewed hope, prosperity and peace in our country.
“God will make your era foster phenomenal development, such that the JAPA generation will return home. Amen,” Onanuga said.
