In a shocking turn of events, May Edochie has officially initiated divorce proceedings against her husband, renowned actor Yul Edochie, with whom she shares three children. Represented by prominent human rights lawyer Femi Falana and the Eculaw group, May is also seeking N100 million in damages from Yul and his second wife, Judy Austin, citing alleged adultery as the reason for her demand.
The latest update on the couple’s turbulent marital crisis was provided by the DPA Family Law Clinic, who confirmed that Judy and Yul had been notified of the lawsuit and had received copies of the suit papers via email. However, it appears that both Yul and Judy are evading the service of the court process, as the court bailiff’s attempts to deliver the papers have been unsuccessful.
