The People Democratic Party (PDP) has accused Buhari and his government of ruining the country’s economy and bringing it to the brink.
The opposition party bragged that Nigeria was one of the fastest growing economies in the world before the incumbent President came along
Speaking with a coalition of youth groups from Katsina, at the PDP National Secretariat in Abuja, PDP’s Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan challenged the ruling party to name any project completed in the North
“President Buhari cannot boast of any development project initiated and implemented by his administration.” he said

“At the time the PDP handed over power to President Buhari, our economy was one of the fastest growing in the world; Nigerians had access to the basic economic empowerment, the private sector thrived; businesses were booming, foreign investors flooded our country, public servants were given a sense of belonging and purchasing power of citizens was high.
“Today, under the President’s anti-people administration, all the gains achieved by the PDP have been reversed. Over 30 million Nigerians have lost their jobs and there is serious stress on families.
“The question you must ask President Buhari is, what value has his administration added to the life of Nigerians, who voted for him in 2015.”
