People Will Vote For Our President’s Corpse When He’s Dead – First Lady

The wife and First Lady of Zimbabwe, Mrs. Mugabe has expressed confidence in her husband’s leadership.

The wife of the 92-year-old Zimbabwean leader, Robert Mugabe while addressing supporters of the president on Friday noted that people will still vote for her husband even when he’s dead.

Mrs Grace Mugabe while addressing supporters of the ZANU-PF party on Friday, February 17, 2017 said: “One day when God decides that Mugabe dies, we will have his corpse appear as a candidate on the ballot paper.”

She continued: “You will see people voting for Mugabe as a corpse. I am seriously telling you — just to show people how people love their president.”

Recall that Robert Mugabe who assumed power since the Zimbabwean independence in 1980 has become the world’s oldest leader at the age of 92 and is looking to replace himself with his wife.

Robert Mugabe will be organising a party to celebrate his 93rd birthday in office on Tuesday, February 21, 2017.
