Former Senator for Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani said there is no distinction between terrorists killing Muslims in the North West and North East and terrorists killing Christians in Southern Kaduna and the North Central.
Sani said this in an X post on Saturday.
The Herald recalls that following a massacre that occurred in Plateau during the yuletide, some social media users had linked jihadists to the killings, which they claimed had religious undertone.
However, Sani said that the terrorists spare no one – whether Christian or Muslim.
“The terrorists killing Muslims in Katsina, Zamfara, Borno,Yobe and Niger are the same terrorists killing Christians in Southern Kaduna, Benue and Plateau States; terrorism has no religious preferences.
“They don’t even spare their members who ‘derail’. It’s either you are with them or you are a target,” he said.
