Seyi Law Refutes Allegations of Regret Over Tinubu Support

Popular comedian and actor Lawrence Oluwaseyitan Aletile, famously known as Seyi Law, has strongly denied allegations made by veteran rapper Eedris Abdulkareem on The Honest Bunch Podcast. Abdulkareem claimed that Seyi Law regretted supporting President Bola Tinubu and even apologized for it at a recent event.

According to Abdulkareem, Seyi Law reportedly admitted his “biggest mistake” of supporting Tinubu, allegedly stating, “Everybody don curse me taya because I stand for Tinubu. I no dey im mandate again o!” The rapper further claimed that Seyi Law expressed remorse for his stance and renounced his support for Tinubu during a public appearance.

However, Seyi Law took to social media to dispute these claims, addressing a viral clip of the podcast on X. In a written response, he expressed gratitude for the recording of his performance, challenging the accuracy of Abdulkareem’s statements. Seyi Law questioned, “So where did I tell Eedris I made the biggest mistake? Is it that he thinks a joke is a reality?

In a follow-up comment, Seyi Law reiterated his denial, emphasizing his affection for Abdulkareem but asserting that the rapper’s narrative was not accurate. The comedian called for clarification from the host of the podcast, stating, “@iamshortfamily, when I talk this one for your show?
