I wept watching video of Southern Kaduna killings – Apostle Suleman

The General Overseer, Omega Fire Ministries (OFM) International, Apostle Johnson Suleman says he wept while watching videos of killings in the volatile Southern Kaduna.

In a tweet on Monday, the cleric said that the killings were heartbreaking.

He berated the government for failing to bring it to an end.

Quoting a Biblical text, Suleman warned the perpetrators of the violence against the dire consequences of their actions.

He wrote, “The killings in Southern Kaduna breaks one’s heart…human lives?…watched a video and left in tears..we are saddened that this is the worst of the worst form of leadership we have ever experienced..You all will reap what you sow..mark our words..(Galatians 6.7).”

Meanwhile, the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu has ordered the Kaduna State Commissioner of Police, Umar Muri, to enforce the curfew imposed by the state government.

He stated this following reports of continued killings despite subsisting curfews on four local government areas in the state. The LGAs are  Kauru, Zangon Kataf, Kaura and Jema’a.

Reports say that 63 persons have lost their lives to violence in few weeks in Southern Kaduna.

On Saturday, popular musician, Joel Amadi disclosed that his father was shot and killed alongside eight others in Zikpak community in Kafanchan, Jema’a LGA.

In a statement signed by the Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO), Frank Mba, the IGP said that the CP “is to personally coordinate the operations of the security operatives in the state comprising the Police Mobile Force, Counter Terrorism Unit, Special Forces, detectives/intelligence operatives as well as personnel of the Kaduna State police command and the military.”
