Nobel laureate, Prof. Wole Soyinka on Sunday held a meeting with embattled Yoruba Nation agitator, Chief Sunday Adeyemo aka Sunday Igboho in Benin Republic.
A photo of the meeting making the rounds shows that Leader of the umbrella body of Yoruba self-determination groups, Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide, Prof. Banji Akintoye was also present at the meeting.
Igboho is temporarily resident in Benin Republic, which is one of the conditions set for his bail on medical grounds.
Recall that the Oyo State-born activist was released on bail on March 7, 2022, after nearly nine months in detention.
