The United States National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has made history by launching Astronauts into space for the first time in Nine years in collaboration with private space company, SpaceX.
NASA Astronauts, Bob Behnken and Douglas Hurley blasted off to the International Space Station on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket.
The Astronauts blasted off at 20:22 Nigerian time in a rocket and capsule system built by Billionaire, Elon Musk’s Space X.
NASA has not decided how long the Astronauts are going to spend at the ISS, and this flight was supposed to be a test flight for the new Falcon 9 rocket built by Space X.
The rocket is supposed to be used as a vehicle to transport civilians to space in the future.
