Job Title: Head of Operations, Accounting, and HR

Summary

• We require a dynamic manager with industry experience, a highly developed understanding of startups and business development, and excellent management skills to lead our Operations, Accounting and HR arm.
• This is a senior management team role, reporting directly to our Triber-In-Chief, responsible for the effective functioning of Tribe XX’s operations, accounting affairs, and human resources. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operation of the office and to support the activities of other business functions.
• Recent MBA graduates looking to gain valuable skills interpersonal and personal skills are encouraged to apply.
