The wife of the Nigerian President, Aisha Buhari has left the country for Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah.
This is coming days after her recent rift with Ekiti state governor, Ayodele Fayose.
Meanwhile, in a similar development, the First lady has urged women to use this Ramadan period to pray for peace and security of the nation.
This is contained in a Ramadan message issued on Sunday and sent to women in Oyo state.
“As women we have to pray for the peace and security of the nation in this holy period,” she said.
The wife of the president, who also sent foodstuff to the women, called on Nigerians to embrace peace and selflessness.
