In what appeared like a cult-related killing, a 500 level student of University of Benin (UNIBEN) has been shot dead on campus premises.
The Herald gathered that the engineering student was shot dead in day light at faculty of physical sciences.
As of the time of filing this report, the cause of the incident cold not be ascertained. Attempts to get a reaction from the school proved abortive as message sent to the Public Relations Officer of the University, Dr. Benedicta Ehanire, was not replied to.
