Following the release of a Press statement by Seyitan Babatayo detailing how D’banj allegedly connived with Police officers disguised as delivery agents to arrest her, Nigerians have taken to social media to lambast the artiste for attempting to intimidate the rape survivor and influence the justice system in Nigeria.

If D’banj raped her, God punish him!
If Seyitan is accusing him falsely, God punish her!
If this is a publicity stunt to get the media’s attention, God punish both of them!
If you’re taking sides with either of them, God will punish you!

Dbanj had already sued her N100M for defamation so what was the need to use Police to arrest her for 2 days, seize her phones, delete all her tweets, tell her to tweet what you want her to & take her to an unknown location.

I still can’t get over the fact that someone (probably on Dbanj‘s team) thought it wise to promote Dbanj‘s music on Seyitan’s twitter account with the thick matter wey full ground. How daft can you be?
We knew that he had a hand in her compromised social media account posting! Especially when that promo video of him popped up on her page! But what we didn’t know that he could go this low!

So Seyitan was unlawfully arrested for sharing her story, but Dbanj is yet to be arrested for kidnapping, witness torturing and tampering of evidence ? All this that actually happened right before our eyes. Wonderful stuff, he will sha answer to all the charges
Nobody is above the law and if they actually arrested her for trying to seek for justice from the law, they all( the whole police officers involved and their sponsors should be arrested ASAP) Nobody is guilty until proven so by court of law, but nobody have a right to stop anyone from seeking for justice from the law
If D’banj isn’t guilty, then he has to give a solid response, and not some bootless dance. This isn’t a joke, may justice prevail.
Dbanj tried to escape due process by arresting and intimidating his accuser and forcing her to delete her tweets and tweet another under duress. This act reeks of guilt and even if he’s innocent, it would be hard for people to believe he is.
If D banj is truly innocent as he claims ?! Why is he harassing this girl? Then teeing around to come on social media to say people should stop social media trial ?! 🤔🤔🤔
