Burger King Employee murdered by Customer over delay in serving food

There was pandemonium in Burger King, Orlando after an employee was shot dead by an aggrieved customer who said his order took too long.

Kelvin Rodriguez-Tormes is facing first degree murder charge after he pulled a gun and killed Desmond Joshua in the restaurant’s parking lot.

According to World Star Hip Hop, Kelvin who accompanied his friend to Burger King got angry his friend’s order took too long to complete.

“You got two seconds before I shoot you,” said the trigger-happy Florida man to Desmond , seconds before firing a single  shot that instantly killed the Burger King employee.

It was later revealed that the 22-year-old victim was a new hire who was still learning the ropes of his new job.

Police have begun investigation and charged 37-year-old Rodriguez for first degree murder, possession of unlicensed fire arm and obstruction of justice.
