Governor Godwin Obaseki-led administration has asked the Inspector General of Police and the Director General of the State Security Services to arrest national chairman of APC, Adams Oshiomhole.

The Herald gathered that the security agencies were also asked to prosecute Oshiomhole for disobeying orders of Edo state government.

The state deputy governor, Philip Shuaibu, confirmed the development in an interview with newsmen in Abuja on Monday, February 3.

Shuaibu, however, said Oshiomhole remains his father even though they are presently not on the same page politically.
