Escaped Victim Says Boko Haram Members Drink Victims’ Blood

Boko Haram is the world’s deadliest terrorist sect, according to the Global Terrorism Index.

But just how deadly are these insurgents who have held the North East geo-political zone of the country captive since 2009?

Well, an escaped victim has narrated her experience at the hands of the insurgents, with whom she spent several years after being captured.

According to MSN, the victim who was not identified for her safety revealed how the terrorists had a strangely evil look in their eyes that made them look possessed and would sometimes drink the blood of their victims.

The victim, who now lives in one of the Internally-Displaced Persons camps, said that she was captured after fleeing her village of Michika in Adamawa State.

She further disclosed that during her captivity, her captors, many of them pre-teens, would mercilessly rape women and kill them.

However, she prayed that the insurgents would soon be defeated and normalcy will return to the region.

The terror group on Tuesday launched a suicide-bombing attack on an IDP camp in Dikwa, Borno State, killing 58 persons and injuring 78 others.

The Dikwa attack was the most deadly in recent months.
