Angel, the wife of Big Brother Naija level-up star Kesiena Tony Adjekpovu, popularly known as Kess, has shared a distressing account of her experiences during a challenging period. Angel candidly described a moment of immense emotional pain when her miscarriage coincided with her husband’s time in the BBNaija house.
The story unfolds as Angel publicly expressed her concerns, exposing alleged romantic conversations between Kess and his fellow housemate, Christy O, suggesting an affair between them. Kess vehemently denied these allegations, labeling Angel as manipulative and insecure.
Addressing these allegations, Angel tearfully recounted her ordeal, revealing the lack of emotional support she received from Kess’ family during her difficult time. She disclosed that while dealing with the emotional aftermath of a miscarriage, Kess’ family seemed more focused on securing votes for him within the reality show.
Angel emphasized that she played a significant role in Multi-Choice selecting Kess for the show, as they sought a married man as a housemate. She conveyed her disappointment in how Kess betrayed the trust placed in him, breaking his promise to uphold their family’s reputation during his time on the show.
According to Angel, within a week of entering the Big Brother Naija house, Kess was already involved with another female housemate, Ilebaye, despite assuring her that he would maintain his commitment to their relationship.
During her miscarriage, Kess’ brother made a public announcement about the event, but Angel expressed her dismay that the focus remained on the prize money and winning the show, rather than acknowledging her loss and emotional trauma.
Following the incident, Angel took the initiative to inform Big Brother about her miscarriage, aiming to convey the message to Kess while refraining from seeking his removal from the show.
