The Screening Committee of the People’s Democratic Party will screen two presidential aspirants of the party, President Goodluck Jonathan and son of the former Prime Minister, Dr. Abduljhail Tafawa Balewa at the Party’s National Secretariat in Abuja by 2pm today.
According to a statement signed by the National Organising Secretary of PDP, Alhaji Abubakar Mustapha, the Screening Committee was set up by the National Working Committee of the party and the Screening Committee is headed by Former National Chairman of the Party, Dr. Amadu Ali.
Other members of the Screening Committee include former Attorney General of the Federation, Chief Bayo Ojo, SAN, Bashir Dalhatu, Walin Dutse , Chief Jim Nwobodo, Professor Stella Atoe, Chief Jibrin Martins Kuye, Alhaji Yerima Abdullahi, Honourable Saudatu Sani, Chief Josephine Anenih and Barrister Olusola Oke who will serve as Secretary.
