David Lyon who was Governor-Elect of Bayelsa state until hours ago when the Supreme court upturned his election victory and declared Diri Duoye, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Winner of the Nov 16 Bayelsa gubernatorial poll.
David Lyon’s loss is a shock to many politicians who have travelled to Bayelsa ahead of his swearing-in ceremony slated for tomorrow, Friday, Feb 14, 2020.
Lyon has been photographed on several occasions rehearsing for his take-over ceremony at the Samson Siasia sports complex in the state.
