Weight and looks are things people have picked keen interest in nowadays, for some–it is to add weight, while for others it is to lose weight. So be sure to know the right work out plans that will help you achieve your goal. Surfing the web, I came across these exercise combinations that would enable you crush those calories and thought i should share.

Get after all the goodies—butt, abs, chest, arms, shoulders, and back—with this mega move.

It’s also a great way to mobilize your hips and shoulders and offset the negative effects of sitting—in cars, at desks, on couches—all day long.

And since it does all of those things, you can even us it as a warm up, too.

Jumping Jack to High-Knee Run to Running Climber
This flow fuses three classic body weight cardio exercises into one fabulous fat-fryer.

Do each individual exercise for 3 to 5 seconds, continuously moving from one to the other. Since you’re only doing each one for a couple reps, you can keep the intensity high the entire time.

Kneeling 1-Arm Curl to Press to Stand
It’s hard not to love this exercise because it has so many benefits. The kneel to stand pattern mobilizes your hips, strengthens your legs, and bulletproofs your knees and back.
