Clad in all black, the ‘Area Fada’ Charly boy was seen on the road controlling traffic.
With Lagos traffic as crazy as it is, seeing a civilian take the time to control traffic is not an uncommon sight, but when Charly boy does it, then that certainly counts as uncommon.
He was seen somewhere in Ikoyi controlling traffic and regulating vehicular movement.
