Days after her exit from the reality show, Doyin Davids turned to her social media platform, X (formerly known as Twitter), to extend a heartfelt apology to Beauty Tukura. Reports had circulated that Beauty distanced herself from Doyin and stopped campaigning for her after Doyin suggested that their friendship was primarily for social media and lacked a genuine connection.
In her lengthy and sincere apology, Doyin Davids acknowledged the gravity of her actions and expressed her deep regret for the negative impact her words had on their friendship. She emphasized the value of their relationship and how much Beauty meant to her.
Doyin wrote, “I have been doing some soul-searching since I left the house, and I realize the gravity of my actions. I want you to know that I never intended to hurt you, and I’m devastated that my words had such a negative impact on our friendship.”
The heartfelt message continued, “You mean a lot to me, and I value our friendship a lot. It’s painful to think that my behavior has put that friendship at risk, and I want you to understand that I take full responsibility for my actions and I’m committed to making amends.”
