The amapiano wave in the African music industry is indeed beautiful as Amapiano is one unique genre. Nigerian artistes have since been riding the wave and experimenting with the sound, most notably artistes like Asake, Davido, Niniola, Reekado Banks and many many others, even Wizkid recently with his single ‘Bad to me’.
However, we may just be learning that the genre might not be best suited for everyone in the industry. Fans are worried that Tiwa Savage sounds way too much like a certain DJ. Now we sure do not have the highest expectations when in comes to the DJ in question, but from Tiwa Savage? Fans are not very pleased.
