Former Culture Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has praised some Pentecostal pastors for voicing out their disapproval for herdsmen killings across the country.

Recall that some suspected herdsmen penultimate weekend invaded some communities in Barkin Ladi LGA of Plateau State, killing more than 100 persons, including women and children.

Fani-Kayode named the clerics as Bishop David Oyedepo, Bishop Isa El Buba, Apostle Johnson Suleman, Pastor Paul Enenche, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, Pastor Paul Adefarasin, Prophet TB Joshua and Pastor Sarah Omakwu.

The former Aviation Minister said the clerics deserved commendation for speaking out against “the evil in the land” even at the risk of loss of personal liberty.

He said, “I am proud of the Pentecostals. They are standing up to the evil in the land like never before, even at risk to their lives and liberty. Bishop Oyedepo, Bishop El Buba, Apostle Suleman, Pastor Enenche, Pastor Ibiyeomi, Pastor Paul Adefarasin, Prophet TB Joshua and Pastor Sarah Omakwu.👌”
