Ghanaian singer Jackline Acheampong, known professionally as Gyakie, recently opened up about her love life in an interview with Accra’s 3FM radio station. While acknowledging the beauty of love, Gyakie revealed she’s not currently seeking a romantic relationship with someone in the music industry.
“Love is a beautiful thing,” she stated. “I wouldn’t say it’s wrong, but at the same time, right now, I wouldn’t advise myself to be with someone in my industry.“
Gyakie, known for her hit songs like “Sorrie” and “Forever” (Remix), has maintained a private dating life. In 2021, rumors swirled about a potential romance with Nigerian singer Omah Lay, but those were later confirmed to be promotional stunts for their collaborative track “Forever” (Remix).
