The Champion of African Nations cup has been won by the Libyan National team after they defeated Ghana (4-3) in penalty session.
Regular moderation time was scoreless, as both sides failed to net a goal.
Ghana may have deliberately employed the tactic as they said they played a scoreless game against Nigeria because they knew penalty kicks was not the strong suit of the Nigerian team. With the Libyans however, it seems they may have bitten of more than they can chew.
