Uber has been under fire for quite a long time with many reports of drivers on the platform robbing, molesting, threatening their fares.
Another incident has popped up in Ghana where a lady accused an Uber driver of molesting her while she was asleep in the car.
The lady who came forward with the story on Twitter, @Kim_baakop3, narrated how the victim– her next door neighbour– was sleeping at the back when she woke up to find the Uber driver on top of her and she had to scream. She was then pushed out of the moving car by the errant driver.
She said: Yo OMG my next door neighbour fell asleep in uber on Saturday and she woke up to the driver trying to molest her. She tried screaming for help and he apparently sped off with her panicking and pushed her out of the moving car. WHAT THE FUCK
It is unknown whether the driver was caught or not, but it seems like the lady in question is okay and has suffered no lingering injuries.
