The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released the election timetable for the 2015 elections. The Presidential elections along with that of the National Assembly are slated to hold first on Valentine’s Day, the 14th of February, 2015, whilst the Gubernatorial and State Assembly elections will follow one week later on the 28th of February, 2015.
The information was disclosed in a statement signed by Secretary of the Commission, Mrs. Augusta Ogakwu.
The Statement also disclosed that the elections in Ekiti and Osun States would hold on June 21st, 2014 and August 9th, 2014 respectively.
