Senator Shehu Sani representing Kaduna Central in the National Assembly has criticized the Kaduna State Governor of being dubious following a leaked memo in which he criticized the president, Muhammadu Buhari.

Shehu Sani representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District further noted that the leaked memo which condemned the president and the ruling party, All Progressive Congress, APC was in line with the state governor’s plot to occupy the presidential office in 2019.

Shehu Sani added that the memo is a manifestation of Nasir El-Rufai’s various attempts to carve an image which portrayed him as a ‘competent alternative’ to President Buhari come 2019.

Shehu Sani on his Instagram page on Saturday wrote: “Now El-Rufai has cunningly criticized the President and the party, disguised it as a memo and leaked to the Press; that also qualified him as disloyal and disrespectful.”

He further added: “That means logically, he is now leaking memo to dust popular sympathy and carve an image of a competent alternative to President Buhari.”

Shehu Sani who wondered why the State Governor was bent on havng him kicked out of the political party for speaking out against him on issues of fundamental governance noted that El-Rufai should be punished for his acts.

He further urged the ruling party to deal with the state governor appropriately for disrespecting the president.
